A host of stations are now operating from Kinmen Island, participating in this weekend’s RSGB IOTA Contest.
BM5AAX, BV1EL, BV2DD , BV2KI , BV2KS , BV2NT , BX2AB , BX2ABL , BX4AF , BX5AA , JH3GCN and 9M6YBG are, per latest information, all operating from Kinmen Island as BV100. There all a lot of operators which should give the DX world a much better shot at scoring a new country for one of the more difficult prefixes to find on the bands. Check your local DX Cluster to learn best where BV100 is operating.
Kinmen is also known as Quemoy, and is part of a small archipelago of several islands administered by the Republic of China, as part of Taiwan.
