A team composed of 6 operators (Jeff W6UX, Rich AE6RS, Steven K6SGH, Kenan KR6J, John KQ6ES and Tim N6GP) will be active from Anacapa island (IOTA NA-144) during the IOTA Contest (July 28-29, 2012 ) as W6UX/P.Anacapa is part of the Channel islands, just a few miles away from the California coast and is composed of several small volcanic islets.
NA-144 has been confirmed by right at 25% of IOTA chasers. The last known operation from this IOTA was also thanks to the same team during the July 2011 IOTA Contest.

Look for W6UX/P from 22:00 UTC July 27 to 12:00 UTC July 29 and remember that all QSOs made with IOTA stations during the contest can be credited directly by uploading the contest log.
