Alessandro, IW5ELA, will be active from two different African entities starting August 28 and continuing through September 12, 2012. IW5ELA will be on his honeymoon, but he will devote some time to radio activity as well. He will be active fromMauritius as 3B8/IW5ELA and from South Africa as ZS/IW5ELA. He will be operating mainly CW with an FT-857 and a homemade vertical antenna, designed for 20,17,15 and 12 meters.
