Rick, K6VVA, ardent IOTAer, tells us that he decided to reprogram the activation of the reference NA-054, Berry Islands group, for the next 7 to 11 December, 2012. He will operate with the call C6AVA.The activation was already scheduled for December, 2011, but the adverse conditions of both the sun and the weather caused the postponement of the activity.
The operations will take place on 40,30,20 and 17 meters, mainly CW and probably a little on SSB.
He will use vertical antennas and a TS-480HX with 200 watts.
