This is to provide notice of an upcoming change in an administrative procedure contained in the DXCC Rules.

Prior to its scheduled teleconference last week the Programs and Services Committee received a recommendation from MVP Manager Dave Patton, NN1N, for a change in the DXCC Rules to permit volunteer Card Checkers who have achieved DXCC on 160 meters to check 160 meter QSLs in the field, and all Card Checkers to check cards for Deleted Entities.

The International Vintage Contest is now into it’s 5th year and this time it is to be held on Sunday 15th April;
It will take place over two periods, each lasting 3 hours. The first runs between 07:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC and the second between 13:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC.
The equipment to be used must have been built in 1982 or earlier.
