For different reasons (pertaining mainly to the fact a previous report to Radio Madagasikara went unanswered), Magadascar was still out of my BC confirmations list. I had the chance to change this state of things during last December, thanks to the 9365 kHz Indonesian broadcast of Radio Netherlands Worldwide, coming from Talata-Volondry at 21.26 UTC. The report was then submitted to the station via e-mail (I suggest, further than the usual web sources, to subscribe to the Hans-Friedrich Dumrese e-mail list), and the answer came in a short delay. The QSL has, on the front, the “Dutch Delivery bicycle”, and on the back is duly completed and signed. The transmitting site is stated as “Madagascar” (for other relays, the exact city is listed). RNW always had nice picture cards, and having full handwritten data on the back pays honor to their staff!
